Publishing, by nature, is subject to occasional manufacturing errors and miscues. At our option, SRM Publisher will replace or refund defective items published or distributed by SRM Publisher. Defective materials from other publishers and manufacturers may be subject to other conditions. Used, rare, custom, and unique items may be sold on an as-is basis.
Before returning any items you must contact us by email or phone and receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). You will not be credited if you return your item without RMA number.
